This coming weekend we’re off to Morocco, we had a slight change to the teacher line up, now Twee Merrigan (pictured) will co-teach, replacing Jane Beltz. Twee teaches Prana Flow, a transformational blend of hatha yoga, tantra, Ayurveda, and vinyasa flow yoga as created by her mentor Shiva Rea.

I can’t keep up with all the new yoga mats out there. If you’ve been reading YJ lately, Shakti has been advertising their interesting yoga acupressure mat ($59). What’s different about this mat is the 6,000 points (see close up) arranged in a Yantra that stimulates acupressure points of the body to allow the flow of Chi to heal, balance and supply the weaker parts of the body with more energy.
