Wai Lana has the prettiest yoga mats. PBS carries Wai Lana yoga show. Check the video below, Wai Lana is way cute. She has some great shoulder openers, and I’m always looking for an improvement in that area as it’s the most troublesome spot of my body.

New to me, maybe not new to you, NuTone, a website for yoga-inspired music. You can listen to entire songs by artists like Wah! This site has a nice interface, too.

I went to Mollusk Surf Shop yesterday to see what’s new, they carry the Patagonia wetsuits that are made of the highest quality Japanese neoprene and lined with merino wool and recycled polyester. The R2 suit for water 55-65 degrees, the R3 suit for 48-55 and for those truly brave the R4 for frigid temps of 38-48 (featured). Ladies, Patagonia now has the R3 and R2, not the R4. I just want to put gloves and booties on this guy.

Montauk daisies, they pop up in September letting us know that summer will soon end. I didn’t notice them til yesterday at the beach. Fall is here but it felt like summer yesterday, I was in a bikini! I felt sad that ‘my summer’ was coming to an end. But I can’t complain as our retreat to Morocco is around the corner, the water and air temp at this time of year is about the same: 70 degrees … ah.
