The Sonic Liquid Retreat at Montauk is this coming weekend August 12-14 @ Gurney’s. There will be live sitar by Thomas at every class. Lauren Hanna + Tracy Mohr will lead open level vinyasa yoga classes on Gurney’s outdoor decks facing the Atlantic Ocean. See the Schedule page for dates, locations and times. This month’s teacher spot light is Tracy Mohr. You can find Tracy teaching at Sonic Yoga NYC these days, Tuesday nights 630-8pm and Thursdays 12:30-1:30pm. Tracy began her studies in Kundalini Yoga, followed by study with Alan Finger and ISHTA Yoga where she received her first 500 hour certification thru the Be Yoga Studio. Tracy met Shiva Rea in 2001 and became a devoted student and friend, and eventually received her 500 hour Prana Flow certification. Tracy also teaches at her home studio in Westchester and is available for privates this summer in the Hamptons and Montauk. Tracy will guest teach with Lauren Hanna at the Sonic Liquid Retreat at Montauk August 12-14.
