Bliss out Montauk- style with 4 vinyasa yoga classes accompanied by live sitar facing Lake Montauk, 2 outdoor breakfasts by Joanie’s, 1 surfing lesson or paddle boarding lesson with local instructors, Montauk sunsets and a delicious lobster dinner at Navy Beach Friday night.
Every sign up gets a complimentary goody bag all things yoga and surf.

Pre-surf Vinyasa Yoga 8-930am, followed by breakfast
Surfing Lessons 10:30am-12

Sunday
Yoga 9-10:30am, followed by breakfast

*Surf Sessions include water safety, surf or paddle board lessons, and board rental. Wetsuits will be provided for surfing only, they are not needed for paddle boarding. Surf boards or paddle boards will only be available during your scheduled lesson times, if you would like to surf at other times please inquire. Private surf or paddle boarding lessons are also available.
How to get to Montauk:
Travel It takes approximately 2.5-3 hours by car, bus (depending on traffic) or train from New York City.
By Train, MTA LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) to Montauk www.lirr.org

By Car, LIE/I495 East to Exit 70 to 27 East, take it all the way east to Montauk
Transportation at Montauk A car rental is not necessarily needed for this Retreat, you can take taxis, rent a bike or walk to town but if you plan to explore a car rental is recommended. We kindly ask all Retreaters to give rides to those without a car.
$799 includes 2 nights/3 days at Crow’s Nest/double occupancy, 4 yoga classes, 1 surfing or paddle boarding lesson on Saturday, 2 breakfasts and live music Saturday night. Deposit available, pay $399.50 now and the balance of $399.50 by July 31.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT FEE, CANCELLATION and REFUND TERMS: Once we confirm availability, we will process your non-refundable payment by credit card. (You may pay by cashiers check or cash, but your reservation will NOT be confirmed until such payment is received and/or cleared). Once your non-refundable payment has been received/cleared we will confirm your registration by e-mail. All payments are non-refundable except for illness as demonstrated by a physician’s note. A credit can be applied towards a future class.
All clinics and retreats will take place in RAIN or SHINE. Only lightning or a hurricane will cancel surf. In case of a cancellation, you will receive a call and/or text by 6am on day of the event.
Liquid Yoga + Surf has the right to cancel a retreat up to two weeks due to low enrollment.
