Yoga + Intuitive Cooking with Sabina Stahl of The Yoga Sequence
This Retreat is a weekend escape to yoga and wellness through asana, pranayama, meditation and delicious, homemade food as a means to improve health. Sabina Stahl will lead daily vinyasa yoga, exploration of local farmer’s markets and cooking lessons for our daily meals.
The Cooking & Meals Sabina is dedicated to help you find a balanced way of eating again with eclectic and healing foods, without compromising quality, quantity and taste. Post-yoga brunch, afternoon snacks and dinner will be prepared by Sabina. A vegetarian option will be offered at every meal. The satisfaction with her food is the ultimate combination of health, taste and pure love.
The Yoga Sequence is not only designed to strengthen and stretch every major muscle group in the body, it also brings the student on the mat to a journey, where body, mind and spirit are playfully challenged to stay present through vinyasa flow.
The Wellspring House is a private six-bedroom house located in the picturesque hamlet of the Springs in East Hampton, NY, just on the edge of the Accabonac Nature Preserve. The heated pool is private and the artist loft has a wonderful space for yoga (or outdoor yoga, weather permitting).
The Area. In the 1940s artists were looking for an environment to create and live. The magical natural light inspired them to stay. Two of the most well known Springs residents, Jackson Pollock and Willem de Kooning, helped establish the American Impressionist movement. We’ll take a walk to the Pollock-Krasner House, just 5 minutes from the Wellspring House as well as meditative walks to Napeague Bay.
Travel It takes about two and a half hours by car, bus or train to East Hampton from New York City. Detailed directions will be supplied upon confirmation.
Price $599 includes 2 nights/3 days lodging at The Wellspring House, all local transportation, daily brunch, afternoon snacks, evening appetizers, dinner, and daily yoga. We can accommodate 10 people. Private rooms available at a slightly higher price, please inquire. Deposit available, pay $299.50 now, pay the balance ($299.50) by April 30.

IMPORTANT FEE, CANCELLATION and REFUND TERMS: Once we confirm availability, we will process your non-refundable payment by credit card. (You may pay by cashiers check or cash, but your reservation will NOT be confirmed until such payment is received and/or cleared). Once your non-refundable payment has been received/cleared we will confirm your registration by e-mail. All payments are non-refundable except for illness as demonstrated by a physician’s note. A credit can be applied towards a future class.
All retreats will take place in rain or shine. Liquid Yoga + Surf has the right to cancel a retreat up to two weeks due to low enrollment. |
