Namaste Yogis, Yoginis, Surfers & Wahinis: Lauren Hanna & Jane Beltz would like to invite you to our 7th annual retreat at the beautiful seaside village of Montauk.

Come bliss out with four vinyasa flow yoga classes and live sitar facing Lake Montauk, two surfing lessons at Ditch Plains or paddle boarding lessons on Lake Montauk, a delicious lobster dinner (or vegetarian option) with a surf film and an evening bonfire with live drumming. Every sign up also gets a complimentary goody bag with all things yoga and surf.

Note: Check out is 11am, we will do our best depending on the hotels upcoming reservations if we can extend check out, they will, if anything, store your bags. There are showers at Ditch Plains, Parking Lot 1.

For Crow’s Nest guests with cars: There is one beach pass per room, please be conscious of sharing rides with fellow retreaters. Beach passes are available for $15 for 2 days, you must leave a $30 deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay. You can not park anywhere at Ditch Plains without a beach pass, you will get a hefty ticket!

What to bring for yoga class and surf/paddle board lessons:

Surf Sessions include water safety, surf or paddleboard lessons, and board rental. Wetsuits will also be provided. Surf boards or paddle boards will only be available during your scheduled lesson times, if you would like to surf at other times please visit Air + Speed or Sunset Surf Shack in town.

Private surf or paddle boarding lessons are available at $100-$150 per hour.

The Crow’s Nest Resort is a 15 minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to/from Ditch Plains. Bikes can be rented in town www.mountaukbikeshop.com (631 668 8975)

To Ditch Plains Beach from Crow’s Nest: head west (turn right) on Montauk Hywy/27, less than a mile turn left at Ditch Plains, Parking Lot 1 is the first parking lot on the right where the only public restrooms and showers are located (& small snack truck). Parking lot 2 is the next lot to the right where the Ditch Witch snack truck is parked, next to the East Deck Hotel.

To Sunset Saloon (for Paddle Boarding lessons): check the local Montauk map for Navy Road at Fort Pond Bay. From Crow’s Nest head west (turn right) on Montauk Hywy/27, a town center (Main St) turn right at roundabout, pass White’s Drug Store and continue to the right onto Edgemere, turn left at Industrial Rd (Surf Lodge is the landmark), turn right at Second House Rd, go over the train tracks, turn right on Navy Rd and drive to the end.

Transportation to Montauk:

At train station or at Jitney rop off behind town center there are taxis you can take to Crow’s Nest Resort.

By Car, LIE/I495 East to Exit 70, to 27 East, take it all the way east to Montauk.

To Crow’s Nest Resort, continue east for 2.9 miles from Montauk town center (flag pole) on Montauk Highway/27 East, The Crow’s Nest Resort is on the left, it’s slightly hidden, you’ll see a big ship with lights in the parking lot.

Once your non-refundable payment has been received/cleared we will confirm your registration by e-mail. All payments are non-refundable except for illness as demonstrated by a physician’s note. A credit can be applied towards a future class.

All clinics and retreats will take place in RAIN or SHINE. Only lightning or a hurricane will cancel surf. In case of a cancellation, you will receive a call and/or text by 6am on day of the event.

Liquid Yoga + Surf has the right to cancel a retreat up to two weeks due to low enrollment.
