Transportation:
By Train, MTA LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) to Montauk www.lirr.org
The train takes approximately three hours.
By Bus, Hampton Jitney to Montauk (arrives behind town center) www.hamptonjitney.com
At train station or at Jitney stop there are taxis you can take to your hotel.
By Car, LIE/I495 East to Exit 70 to 27 East, take it all the way east to Montauk. Depending on traffic it can take anywhere between 2 ½ to 4 hours, check google traffic map day of.

Surfing Lessons by Air +Speed, Meet back in Parking Lot 1 at the Air +Speed truck, you will carry your surfboard to the beach. |
You will be asked to sign a waiver from both Liquid Yoga + Surf and Air + Speed.
Please arrive 30 minutes early for parking and sign in.
NOTE: Parking at Ditch Plains requires a beach pass, the hotel you are staying at will most likely provide you with a beach pass (a parking ticket costs $150!)

Please try to arrive 15 minutes early, meet in parking lot of Sunset Saloon, Navy Road.
What to bring for yoga class and surf/paddle board lessons:
Yoga clothes
Yoga Mat or Towel (yoga class will take place on the beach)
Bathing Suit
Wetsuit or Rash Guard
Sunscreen
Sunglasses
Sun Hat
Water (please keep hydrated)
Surf Sessions include water safety, surf or paddleboard lessons, and board rental. Please bring or purchase your own wetsuit or rash guard. Surf boards or paddle boards will only be available during your scheduled lesson times, if you would like to surf at other times please visit Air + Speed or Sunset Surf Shack in town.
Surfing and Paddle Boarding will take place rain or shine! Only lightning or hurricane will cancel surfing.
Private surf or paddle boarding lessons can be added at $100+ per hour.

IMPORTANT FEE, CANCELLATION and REFUND TERMS: Once we confirm availability,
we will process your non-refundable payment by credit card (you
may pay by cashiers check or cash, but your reservation will NOT
be confirmed until such payment is received and/or cleared). Once
your non-refundable payment has been received/cleared, we will confirm
your registration by email. All payments are non-refundable except
for illness as demonstrated by a physician's note. A credit can
be applied towards a future clinic or retreat.
All retreats will take place rain or shine. Only a hurricane will
cancel surf lessons. In case of cancellation, you will be notified
by 6am on day of event. Group classes consist of 3 people minimum, 5 people maximum. We will cancel if there are less than 3 people. You may receive a full refund or move to the next scheduled clinic. We reserve the right to cancel up to 48 hours.
