Our next retreat is March 13-20, our annual trip to Matapalo in the Osa Peninsula, southern Costa Rica. This time we’ll be staying at Encanta La Vida, an upscale jungle lodge right in front of Pan Dulce (for those of you who surf). Lauren Hanna, founder of Liquid and owner of Sonic Yoga (NYC) and Tracy Mohr will lead twice-daily yoga, a rigorous morning practice with a restorative end of day session (including meditation, mantra and ritual).
