MORNING CLINIC AT THE ROCKAWAYS $129
Includes 60 minutes yoga class, 90 minutes surf lesson, soft top foam board & wetsuit plus a promo goody bag all things yoga & surf.
Transportation: A Train to Beach 90 St.-Rockaways (Check map: don’t head towards Ozone Park JFK), then change at Broad Channel stop, same platform, on to the S line, next stop: Beach 90 St.
By car, use google maps (ample parking on side sts)
The train takes approximately one hour, check MTA for schedules, times, delays.
Meet yoga instructor Adi Carter on the boardwalk @ the Beach 90 St. marker (5 blocks from train stop) Please arrive 15 minutes early for sign in and setup. You will be asked to sign a waiver from both Liquid Yoga + Surf and Boarders Surf Shop.

Meet 8:15am
8:30am-9:30am Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class on the Beach
9:30am-10:00am (Meet at Boarder’s Surf Shop, a two block walk, you will have to carry your surfboard to the beach, please arrive 15 minutes early at Boarders)
10:00am-11:30am Surf Lesson
What to bring:
Bathing Suit
Yoga clothes (or a bathing suit)
Yoga Mat or Towel (Yoga will take place on the sand)
Wetsuit or Rash Guard (check water temps on www.newyorksurf.com before you leave home)
Sunscreen
Sun Hat, Sunglasses
Water (please keep hydrated)
Lunch (Rockaways is limited, see below)
Optional: Skateboard (excellent skateboard park at Beach 90 St)

Bringing your own lunch is recommended as options are minimal.
IMPORTANT FEE, CANCELLATION, and REFUND TERMS : Once we confirm availability, we will process your non-refundable payment by credit card (you may pay by cashiers check or cash, but your reservation will NOT be confirmed until such payment is received and/or cleared). Once your non-refundable payment has been received/cleared, we will confirm your registration by email. All payments are non-refundable except be applied towards a future class.
All retreats will take place rain or shine. Only a hurricane will cancel surf lessons. In case of cancellation, you will be notified by 6am on day of event. Group classes consist of 4 people minimum, we will cancel if there are less than 4 people. You may receive a full refund or move to the next scheduled clinic. We reserve the right to cancel up to 48 hours.
